Exciting opportunity to work as a gardener in Japan at Barakura Englih Garden opened to public in 1990,the first authentic English Garden in Japan. The garden was designed upon the guidance of Mr.John Brookes,a member of the Garden Designer Association of Britain and it has been in more than eighteen years under the ownership of Yamada family since that time. Actually Miss Kay Yamada manages the garden in collaboration with the gardeners. She has excellent knowledge of designing gardens, and she was awarded 3 times at Chelsea Flower Show -Show Garden with silver-gilt in 2002. |
